The Process
Although we started our journey with only a scroll saw, and a mitre saw. We recently invested in a CO2 laser machine to speed up our process. This machine is how we currently cut all of our wood + acrylic products
The cutting begins as soon as the design is approved by our client
We pride ourselves in making sure that we pay close attention to detail especially when sanding, painting + staining. If you are familiar with woodworking, you know that prepping the wood is half the battle of making sure you have a beautiful finished product.
This is the most lengthy of all the processes, as quality is extremely important to our company values.
Once all the cutting, sanding, and painting, are complete, we assemble the sign, Double checking our digital work to our finished product to decrease mistakes before we start glueing it together. This will now become a cherished keepsake to last a lifetime!
